1. TELL A VISION  (Miner, Stolz)

Good morning my friend, whose mesmerizing ways, calm me into a state of internal congruence.
On behalf of your authoritative voice, in which you so carefully
present, in a calculated visual distraction, hypnotic, seamless and enhanced.
Your vision is persuasive and intelligently never ending, unquestionable and committed, l assimilate, absorb and openly accept, from the plethora of your multi-universal knowledge and omnipotence.
To us... you tell a vision.
Welcome to my empty mind.  So glad to see you, I’m glad you’re learning to visit me each night.
If eyes are empty, and you can see me, leave your thoughts behind.
Let me tell you what it’s like.  I’ll take you somewhere; I’ll show you somewhere you can really feel. Between the static, my waves are breaking, splashing on your mind.
So soft and seamless, my motion action captivates each line.  So trust me only I will not harm you fragile in the fire.
Something’s on the waves tonight.  My visual song, appears to you strong on each and every line.  Your eyes upon me, so calm like water dripping from the vine.
The channels scanning, you skip the meaning when concepts don’t seem right.
If love is the same for you, but I can’t see how...
Every time I try to get your name you seem to take me on a ride
Love is the son of you, I know your right here
And every time I lie I know your right....
Somehow in the night, you will return to me, I’ll tune you in all night
I see, your love, seems true...
I educate you, I entertain you, each and every night.  You love my laughter and all disaster safe you are this time. You won’t remember by next October, and I won’t leave your side
The news I tell you, only to warn you don’t go out tonight.
Now that I am yours to follow give me all your trust indeed.
But I would never fall away nor would I take what is not mine.
All these years I give to you and all the things you made me buy,
but I don’t have to run somewhere, nor would I ever take the time.
Voting for your every need I’ve listened and absorbed your thoughts,
and now I think I see a light in you, in all I ever see.
Promises are meant to break the only thing it is I’d hope to find,
but I don’t have to love outside the box you’ve given me to rule.
Maybe now, I’ve gone too far. Maybe I can’t find myself again.
Maybe there’s a life outside. Maybe I can stretch my legs again.
Maybe what you’re showing me is wrong.
Maybe what you’re telling me is wrong.
Maybe I don’t have to go along.
Maybe what your showing me is taking much too long.
Maybe I can leave you now. Maybe I can see the truth and who you are.
Here I come in a new time. I’m interactive, no more white static, perfection in your eyes.
With analog gone, this faultless vision, pierces through your mind.
You‚ll never be lonely, I am your only, love me for all time.
Then let me save you, so I can trace them, children of the flame.
I’ll digitize you, then hypnotize you, your destiny is still mine.

2. THE CELL  (Miner, Stolz, Milo, Martino)

The wind blew cold one day, my collar turned up back against the wind.
The gates of life I’m told, have closed behind as now I face my time.
A world of limited confinement.... goodbye.
I didn’t see the other side...so sure I’d laid the past to rest
But as the sun removed the night, I let my life just drift away.
In the sweetness of surprise... I lied.
We watched the shadows on the wall, they‚d rise then pass into the night from in the cell not often showed ourselves seems now we‚ve got some time to investigate our find... the mind.
If one could loan us all the love we‚d best not hold them to the book
And I won’t find another friend like you to make me count the time
Yes we‚re here a long, long while... ooh
Suppose one day you‚ll ask me why are you here and what has been your crime
but I don‚t care about the reason for my silence all the while
are we not but all one mind... tonight
then as the years go by I know I will return to face my fires
so as the years they pass away against each morning‚s sunlit form
still it makes me kind of tiredð aaah!!
And so the shadows on the wall turn day to night a thousand times
inside the stillness of the places once forgotten now I‚ve found
as the spirits roam the light.... of night.

4. BEGINS BEFORE BECOMES

Open your eyes let me stare into your sun where all life began begins before becomes
Sweet is the storm soft are these clouds upon my soul where a fire slowly burns each night away
All in your vision all in your noble gothic charm lay the structure and the fortitude of honor
You, you make a difference, a revolution one might say as the background of my universe redefines
Long live the keeper of the day behind my dream as I wave goodbye then stare back into the sun

6.  POEM FROM THE SEA  (Miner, Stolz)

Once upon a time when magic was desired a morning broke loose from the sea
Summer‚s gone, a day for nothing but you and the sun
Take us all along and please oh won‚t you remember I‚m here
With the breeze entwined the night
Night the light of silent calm.... so you won‚t blow very hard
Looking backwards never worked, it only opens up the past like a song
And all the things of shadows growing towards the future return again to sail us out another ocean day
Oh the feeling of the night
Star light bright my silent way,
And it won‚t be very hard
Summer’s gone again like calm before the winter
and change is alive as the thistle in the air,
Still the feel of the night,
Night of ocean water dream
So I won‚t try very (hard)

8. RAINBOW SUN  (Miner, Stolz)

Come the new rune, the etching of the seasons upon the land
reflective light from above the ground splashes warmth on a cold stone wall
Sixteen paper wrapped stones in a vase siding to the north
bundles of yellowing roses their stems southward on the cavern floor
fading shadows of figures long forgotten breathe new shapes from the wall
as the memory of others lie beneath
‰we have come here to find dignity‰ says my friend
answers to a question not asked
like sheep the followers of the world on the outside so unlike us within
we gaze through the window‚s pane
The earth above
In my garden love grows tall and spring is winter open summer daylight water sparkles in the rainbow sun I fall in love
Open colors vibrant song sing to me from birds above the endless skies so high peaceful blue showering love on me
In my garden love is fall the harvesting of what was once the spring so summer grows
the day and we go out to share the sun
Silent sunshine, my dark sunshine

I owe you.

4. THE BALLAD OF JOAN ALLEN  (Miner, Stolz, Milo)

She sat on her porch in a chair in an old house her grandmother owned
Her dog lay asleep at her feet, been a year since he last left the yard
The candles danced light with the wind and the stairs creaked with nobody there
The book that she read had some poems that were given to her by a friend
Is there somebody out there who takes away the pain
He broke in the house from the back with a blade from his brothers garage
certain that no one was home as he cased through the house with his bag
There, with her yellow grayish hair on the porch with her book
Him, with his periwinkle eyes in the house, with a blade
Is there somebody out there too take away the pain
Joan Allen died from a wound, she was cut across the throat with a blade
most that she valued was gone, but a few things of hers still remained
Him, with his money and his jewels in a sack in the shed
Her, with her graying golden hair in a box in the ground
Is there somebody out there who took away the pain

7. STRING THEORY #1  (Milo)

(instrumental)

5. THE CULT ON HAMMER HILL  (Miner, Stolz, Milo, Martino

Sitting here the world seems fine
Looking up it‚s all so real
Everyone around so calm
They don‚t mind calling my name
You found out following me around
It‚s such a hopeless game
Waiting for my tears
That being said the world seems fine
Then I‚m not going to cry
Everyone deserves some pain
and you are not so far behind
It wasn‚t long ago it seems
it‚s not too late to go
back home
When they take away the pain
they will give us back our names
I followed people up the hill
I‚ll look to them to find
what we‚ve lost

Oregon Trail Song (instrumental)

9. DESERT SONG  (Miner, Stolz, Milo, Martino)

Out of this world, rise the sand
Where sparse is life
Hotter than ever this time
Under the jewel dusty mood
Freedom‚s yours don‚t run away
Night is your life
Dying is a pale blue sun at noon
Fearless desert day

10. SONG FOR A FIFTH SEASON  (Miner)
(Instrumental)

11. THE RIPPER   (Miner, Milo, Stolz, Martino)

Like all the times before I see what I see I look, and think, and feel all I can everyday
I watched my trusted friend arise complete with all my aces covered not missing any spot
Good sport we always had it up and out I think.
We shined we learned a bit before we trusted
Oh love, you are my dearest friend
And in my stars, smile
We almost seemed to find the Buddha tree it grows so free
Did I see you in your prime thinking I‚m not far behind
We‚d contemplate the steps to further on
Goodbye, the karma of your tale
Just another moment gone
Did someone go in there and paint a smile upon a box of fire
Your promises alone just wilt away
I can‚t trust that smile
Unwanted lonely heart so cold and in a moment like shallow water
your promises denied upon your word
but so like the child of fear you pose as a diplomat of some higher reason
the season of the gray a timely fade
And in your word is the world, a world you never owned but hastily borrowed
just tip my hat to you then turn away
Unwanted lonely heart so cold and in a moment like shallow water
your promises just died upon your word
Did someone go in there and paint a smile upon a box of fire
Your promises just died upon your word
